Responsibilities

• Provides technical and administrative support to Systems Administrator
• Assist the Systems Administrator in systems maintenance and management.
• Securely manages, disseminates, and maintains technical and administrative information.
• In charge of monitoring and maintaining all the company's IT systems and facilities.
• Informs the ITD to resolve issues related to the system availability and security as well as the physical and environmental conditions of the data centers.
• In charge of checking and performing the daily, weekly, and monthly backups of dynamic files.
