IT TECHNICIAN

Location: Kuala Terengganu Branch (Beside Maybank)

Job Scope & Responsibilities

1. Branch IT & System Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot branch computers, POS systems, printers, plotters, scanners and photocopy machines
• Ensure LAN, WiFi, routers, network switches and internet connectivity are stable and secure
• Perform routine system health checks, updates and backups

2. Copier & Printing Technology Support

• Configure, install and support:
• A3 / A4 MFP Photocopiers
• A1 / A0 Plotters
• Production printers
• Document scanners
• Setup scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, SMB, FTP, user authentication & print server
• Install & configure printer user authentication (ID card, PIN code, department codes, user quotas & secure printing)
• Assist in resolving machine network, driver and software issues
