IT Technician – Broadcast

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT Technician to support media, broadcast, and production clients operating in mission-critical environments.

This role sits at the intersection of IT support, broadcast engineering, AV systems, and cloud-based video workflows. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the stability, reliability, and day-to-day support of client systems across on-prem, studio, and cloud environments.

This is a technical role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving under pressure and wants to grow into advanced broadcast and cloud technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesCore IT & Infrastructure Support (Primary Focus)

• Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for users and broadcast-related systems
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems, applications, and peripherals
• Support network infrastructure including switches, routers, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling
