IT Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations IT technician is responsible in providing daily support for computer network users and troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems. Ensuring all software is promptly updated and managed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel.

2. Bus Z-reading and X-reading.

3. Send a Bus device monitoring report to the IT officer.

4. First level support:

5. ePlus handheld units

6. FMS unit

7. BV, OBU

8. Troubleshoot, Configure, Repair, Deploy, maintain:

9. PID monitors and CCTV.

10. Network connectivity.

11. All IT equipment and application.

12. Others: (in the absence of IT Officer)

13. Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
