Job Description:
To Drive, Assist with Managing, Deliver and plan all specifically assigned IT related tasks of the business. The IT Technician will assist the Systems Administrator to make sound business choices within their specific department/ role.
IT Technician will report directly to the Systems Administrator
Education and Experience:
Matric Certificate
A+ and N+ Certificate
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar IT role
Valid Driver's License – Code 8 unendorsed (Essential)
Willingness to travel extensively
Advantageous Knowledge / Skills:
MCSE/ MCITP
Active Directory and Microsoft Server Experience
VMware and Hyper V experience
Responsibilities:
Remote and on-site support
Offer first line and second line remote support
On-site support when necessary
