IT Technician (Infrastructure & Support)

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of Gold Vending Machine
• Diagnose and repair hardware and basic software issues
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance
• Handle parts replacement such as card readers, cash dispensers, printers, and sensors
• Respond to breakdowns and service calls within assigned timelines
• Prepare service reports and update maintenance records
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, or internal teams when required
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards

Job Requirements

• SPM, Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic parts
• Able to use hand tools and simple diagnostic tools
• Willing to travel to different sites
