My client, a well-established company in the sport, leisure, and wellness industry based in Woodmead, is seeking a well-presented, knowledgeable Junior IT Technician to provide user support and customer service across all applications and platforms, meeting agreed SLAs and Standards. Troubleshoot problems and resolve/escalate through to a solution.

- MS environment + Linux + Active directory
