Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for informing any change in IT inventory to management, maintenance of systems, and resolved issues raised by employees about the system
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Network Troubleshooting
2) Windows and software installation and maintenance.
3) Configuring of hardware & software components
4) Software downloading and update versions
5) Troubleshooting of CCTV camera
6) Troubleshooting of hardware & software issues
7) Routine Maintenance of Computer Systems
8) Conducting user's backup if needed.
9) Providing orientation and support to users.
10) Follow the task as per AM-IT/Manager IT Assign
10) Complaint sheet and IT requisitions.
Note: 1 to 3 Years of Relevant experience is required
