IT Technician

We are looking for a senior IT Technician, to join our team immediately !


Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person.



Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.



Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.



Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.



Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.



Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.



Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.



Assist with onboarding of new users and setup of workstations.



Support implementation of new applications and systems.
