Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and delete user accounts and access rights in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ensure that users have appropriate access based on their roles, as requested by the site contact for each customer.
• Maintain and manage directory services to ensure accurate and secure user information.
• Configure computers according to customer requirements.
• Process access requests from users, ensuring they are properly authorized and documented.
