Job Description
CTV & Security Systems
• Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems
• Ensure continuous recording and proper camera coverage
• Troubleshoot camera, cabling, storage, and power issues
• Maintain CCTV logs and incident reports
Network & IT Support
• Maintain LAN cabling, switches, routers, and internet connectivity
• Troubleshoot basic network issues affecting office systems and surveillance
• Coordinate with ISPs or third-party vendors when required
Access Control & Facility Systems
• Maintain door access systems, biometric devices, and alarm systems
• Support PA systems, monitors, TVs, and display screens
• Ensure proper grounding, UPS, and power backup for technical equipment
Preventive Maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections
• Replace or repair defective cables, power supplies, cameras, and peripherals
• Maintain spare parts inventory for technical systems
