Renowned IT Distribution Company is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least two years’ experience working as an IT Technician.
Experience in the distribution industry is highly advantageous.
IT Qualification is essential.
Must have a valid driver’s license to do deliveries with Company vehicle when required
Responsibilities:
Inspect returned units for visible damage
Diagnose faults on customer-returned units
Repair faulty units or replace them with the same or upgraded models if required
Assemble PCs, including cable management, OS installation, and testing
Run diagnostics on completed PC builds and provide reports
Perform laptop upgrades, including RAM and SSD installations
Clone drives and perform backups
Conduct quality control checks on stock received at the warehouse
