It Technician

**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- **PC and Hardware Support**:- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
- Ensure proper inventory and management of IT assets.
- **Network Administration and Support**:- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and VPN connections.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Collaborate with corporate IT teams to ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.
- Assist in network infrastructure improvements and expansions.
- **Software & System Support**:- Provide support for Windows and Linux-based systems.
- Assist with IT security policies, including antivirus, backups, and user access management.
- Support Active Directory management and user account administration.
