IT Technician

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented IT Technician to provide comprehensive technical support to end users, maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure, and ensure optimal system performance in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users across a wide range of IT-related issues.
• Oversee and monitor system and network performance, including network and data security, software licensing, applications, databases, servers, backups, switches, printers, and voice/data networks.
• Manage procurement, installation, maintenance, and auditing of computer systems and software.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory records.
