Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the IT Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of site activities and resolve any operational issues.
- Perform verification and check for any faults on IT peripherals at customer sites.
- Maintain proper documentation of equipment status and their serial numbers.
- Report discrepancies or damages in returned equipment.
- Pack and prepare returned equipment for delivery back to the main office.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security and data handling policies during all tasks.
- Support logistics coordination, including arranging and assisting in transportation of equipment if required.
- Supervise and guide part-timers and interns in daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Information Technology (or equivalent).
- Candidates with basic IT hardware knowledge are welcome to apply.
