An established Client is seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure and ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Linux) and across a range of software applications
• Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
• Assist with system updates, patches, and backups
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
• Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance
• Handle hardware repairs and replacements as necessary
