IT Technician/Engineer

Job Objectives:

To ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of all IT and Multifunction Printer (MFP) and various company's system implementation projects for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier service, maintaining punctual and positive customer relations, and contributing to our team's efficiency and knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for copiers and MFPs within assigned areas.
• Install and configure printers, scanners, and network connectivity for new and existing users.
• Monitor and maintain the security of clients' computer systems and networks.
• Complete scheduled service tasks efficiently and within required service timelines, aiming for a 4-hour response time.
