Main purpose of the role
The IT Technician Graduate is responsible for assisting in diagnosing computer and network problems, monitoring computer processing systems, installing hardware and software and performing updates on computer equipment and programs.
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
As an IT Technician Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow:
Assist the IT Site Coordinator in all his duties.
Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access and uptime.
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
