Role Overview

The Transition Manager – IT Shared Services is responsible for leading the end-to-end transition of IT services and capabilities into a centralized shared services model. This role will drive complex global IT transition projects across multiple geographies and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations while enabling technology-driven transformation. Operating from our Sulzer Business Services Pune hub, the position focuses on program and project management, governance, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, and application of best-in-class transition methodologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT transition management, change management, process optimization, and delivery excellence across infrastructure, applications, and support services, aligning all initiatives with our global IT strategy.
