Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT User Support position at Sai Office Supplies (KE) located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The IT User Support will be responsible to provide on-site IT support to clients or company locations, ensuring the effective operation of IT infrastructure and systems by offering network administration, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service to internal users.
