About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy I.T. Virtual Assistant to support our Digital Technical Project Manager in managing workflows, lead management tools, and digital automations. You'll work behind the scenes to keep our systems organized, ensure data flows properly across platforms, and help maintain smooth operations between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

What You'll Do

• Assist in setting up and maintaining CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Support automation workflows across tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, CRM-native automations)
• Help integrate CRM with other tools (CMS, spreadsheets, analytics, email platforms)
