IT Vulnerability and Penetration Testing

JOB SUMMARY

The
IT VAPT Coordinator

is responsible for coordinating, managing, and tracking the results of
Vulnerability and Penetration Testing (VAPT)

activities. The role serves as the central point of coordination between external VAPT vendors, internal IT/security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that identified vulnerabilities are properly documented, communicated, remediated, and closed within agreed timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
VAPT Results & Reporting

• Coordinate and consolidate VAPT results

from vendors or internal security teams.
- Review VAPT reports to ensure findings are clearly documented, complete, and understandable.
- Facilitate walkthroughs or result briefings with stakeholders (IT, Security, Application Owners).
- Translate technical findings into actionable remediation items for non-technical stakeholders when needed.
