ITAM Analyst 2

Responsibilities

• Provide support and administration within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) / Software Asset Management (SAM) function, ensuring accurate tracking of software licenses, entitlements, warranties, and service agreements.
• Maintain and manage records and databases related to software assets to ensure compliance with vendor licensing terms and internal policies.
• Monitor and support software license compliance activities, including reconciliation, reporting, and entitlement validation.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Entitlements team to ensure proper documentation and alignment of software assets.
• Review software contracts and licensing agreements to ensure coverage, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Support financial and administrative functions including purchase order processing, renewals coordination, cost center coding, and reconciliation tasks.
