About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT/Encoder to join our team at Motor Vehicle Inspection Center in Tagaytay City, Cavite. This full-time role will be responsible for providing IT support and data entry services to ensure the smooth operation of our business. As an IT/Encoder, you will play a vital part in maintaining our technology infrastructure and optimising our data management processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to end-users, including resolving hardware and software issues
2. Conducting system setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
3. Accurately entering data into our company's information systems and databases
4. Assisting with the implementation of new IT systems and applications
