ITIL Management Engineer

Role Description
This is a contract role for an ITIL Incident Management Engineer, based on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The ITIL Management Engineer will be responsible for overseeing ITIL processes to ensure efficient IT service management. Day-to-day tasks include implementing, managing, and optimizing IT service frameworks, analyzing and resolving operational issues, ensuring compliance with IT standards, and collaborating with teams to streamline workflows and maintain security protocols.
Exp: 3 years to 5 years
Must Mandarin read and write
This job require candidate to work on shift :
Shift pattern :
P - 6am to 3pm – Monday to Sunday
S - 3pm to 12am – Monday to Sunday
B - 8.45am to 5.45pm – Monday to Friday
B1 - 11am to 8pm – Monday to Friday
There will be a rotation of shift for staff.
