Job Description

Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition Growth Markets, APME at HCLTech Job Summary: The IT/OT Engineer will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving automated and computerized systems within production and packaging operations. This includes managing inspection and serialization systems, ensuring system reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires active participation in safety, compliance, and cross-functional projects while ensuring alignment with site and corporate standards. 
Key Responsibilities:  Demonstrate and promote strong leadership in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) initiatives, engaging employees at all levels on SHE matters. 
Provide technical expertise and support to IPT (Integrated Production Team) and COE (Center of Excellence) on computerized and automation systems, including: 
SeaVision and LAETUS  inspection systems
