ITOT Lead

About the Role

The ITOT Lead will lead the Automation organization, responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving automation processes related to buildings, equipment and utilities in the assigned region/site. The Lead coordinates all strategic automation projects and initiatives, provides cost‑effective and efficient technical solutions, sets standards and strategies, and acts as a competence center for automation and interface to IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategy and organizational development: preparing monthly engineering reports with key KPIs (Capex, Maintenance, HSE and Quality), supporting internal and external audits, implementing technical standards and GOPs, creating regional/site SOPs & templates, and leading and contributing to equipment, utility and facility improvement projects (e.g., energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance).
