Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for / Main Duty
Delivery of professional and customer-oriented services according to customer requirements and the defined processes and contributes to continuous improvement of products and services by providing feedback

Responsibilities for both plannable and unplannable services consisting of system start-up support, operation support, maintenance & calibration as well as user supports (system investigation, troubleshooting and repair).
Operational Tasks
Performs test bed equipment installation, configuration and maintenance & calibration

Constant advancement of troubleshooting knowledge for a growing operation effectiveness

Provide start-up and operation support

Professional and timely documentation of his activities

Service/analyze customer’s requests and handle/solve them
