Job Summary 
IT by Design is looking for a skilled ITSM Analyst to support our migration from ConnectWise to Halo ITSM and own ITSM processes post-migration. You'll help optimize workflows, ensure data accuracy, and improve ITSM operations across the organization. 

Responsibilities Support migration from ConnectWise to Halo ITSM (data mapping, workflow automation, configuration) 
Validate migrated data and assist with testing and go-live 
Own and optimize ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices 
Provide training, support, and reporting for ITSM tools 
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements 

Requirements 3–5+ years in ITSM, Service Management, or similar role
