Job Description

                    A technology services company in Taguig is seeking an ITSM Engineer to lead the migration from ConnectWise to Halo ITSM and enhance the ITSM platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT service management, with a strong grasp of ITIL processes. Responsibilities include system configuration and continuous improvement of ITSM workflows. Candidates familiar with Halo ITSM and automation tools are preferred. This position is full-time and requires excellent analytical and communication skills.
