We are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly skilled professional to become a vital part of our team as an ITSM Operations Lead. This is a permanent, full-time role located in our Brisbane office.

This exciting new role will lead communication, governance and change management aspects of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) at Sime Darby. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that ITSM operates at its best, delivering exceptional customer service and streamlining IT service delivery.
