We are looking for an experienced ITSM Project Manager to oversee End User Computing (EUC) service operations and ensure effective IT service delivery aligned with ITIL best practices. This role is customer-facing and requires strong stakeholder coordination, ServiceNow ITSM expertise, and a hands-on approach to service management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of total experience in customer-facing IT service or support roles
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management and EUC operations
• Strong working knowledge of EUC environments (Remote Support, Deskside Support)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification is preferred)
