ITSM Release Management Analyst

We are hiring an experienced ITSM Release Management Analyst to manage and govern technology releases supporting mission-critical systems in a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and low-risk deployments into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and govern end-to-end technology releases
• Manage release calendars, dependencies, risks, and approvals
• Chair release review meetings and ensure readiness for go-live
• Work closely with engineering, QA, operations, and external teams
• Ensure segregation of duties and adherence to release policies
• Track release KPIs, risks, and post-implementation reviews
• Drive continuous improvement across release management processes

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
