Detailed Tasks:

• Establish the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to manage, monitor and optimize production on the shop floor in real-time.
• Define the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams ensure timely and quality releases.
• Review and approve high-level system and software designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level bugs and performance issues.
• Conduct regular code reviews and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
