Join IWSO as a Menstrual Equity Project Coordinator, responsible for project management and community engagement. This part-time, hybrid role tackles period poverty among immigrant and racialized women.
This part-time position, operating from July 2026 to February 2027, is crucial for addressing menstrual health access in Ottawa. In this role, you will coordinate the project, develop educational content, and ensure culturally sensitive distribution of menstrual products to those in need while fostering community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor the Menstrual Equity Project accordingly • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Cultivate partnerships with community organizations • Facilitate and deliver menstrual health education • Manage the procurement and distribution of products
