Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Jacket Yard HSE Supervisor to join our team .

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the jacket yard operations in the MENA and Europe regions.
 Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
 Train and educate employees on safety procedures and best practices.
 Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
 Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure that all safety requirements are met.
 Monitor and maintain safety records and documentation.
 Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations and make recommendations for improvements to safety procedures.
 Lead emergency response and evacuation procedures in case of an incident.
