**Job Description: JAMF Administrator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the JAMF environment to manage macOS and iOS devices.
- Implement and enforce security policies, configurations, and profiles for Apple devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Apple device management.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on macOS and iOS devices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with new features and updates from JAMF and recommend improvements.
- Perform regular system audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Strong experience in enterprise device provisioning, management, configuration, life-cycle management.
- Expertise in patch management and software distribution tools to ensure software updates are implemented network-wide in a timely manner
