Performs custodial duties in office, manufacturing and rest areas, maintaining premises in a clean and orderly manner. Operates commonly used types of power cleaning and polishing equipment. Performs custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping and waxing floors; dusting and polishing woodwork, fixtures and equipment, washing windows, walls and lavatory facilities. May perform minor preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and systems such as lubrication, cleaning, filter change and the like. Assists in the movement and relocation of furniture and equipment as required.

Education And Experience

Typically requires High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 0 – 1 years related experience.
