Status: Part-Time
Schedule: Day shifts (6:30am-2:30pm)

Reports to

Environmental Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Follow the home’s Preventive Maintenance Program as well as the Demand Maintenance Program
• Regularly perform the various tasks described in the programs
• Regularly checking completed maintenance logs in each department/home area of the home
• Complete repairs as necessary including, but not limited to: painting, wall repair, small leaks, install (toilet, sink, tiling, doors, replace light fixtures, install blinds)
• Check the operation of mechanical equipment
• Inspect Life Safety equipment and systems
• Ensure safe storage of maintenance equipment
• Complete regular maintenance reports
