About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Southern Arms Corporation in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our office premises, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for our employees and visitors.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting throughout the office
2. Ensure all restrooms are fully stocked and maintained to high standards of cleanliness
3. Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately
4. Identify and report any maintenance issues or areas requiring attention
5. Assist with setting up and cleaning up for company events and meetings
6. Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
