Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, washing windows and mirrors, cleaning walls, and removing litter.

Sanitation: Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, phones) and ensuring restrooms are stocked and sanitary.

Waste Management: Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling.

Maintenance & Repairs: Performing minor repairs (lightbulbs, clogged drains) and reporting major issues to supervisors.

Groundskeeping (Optional): Mowing lawns, trimming bushes, removing snow/leaves.

Supply Management: Keeping janitorial closets stocked and organized, ordering supplies as needed.

Security: Locking doors and setting alarms after hours.
