Location: Head Office in Chilliwack

Hours: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years leadership/management experience: coaching, motivating, developing and leading a team
• Scheduling experience with the ability to pivot and adapt
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Intermediate knowledge and experience working with and creating Excel spreadsheets
• Administrative, reporting and logistical skills
• Flexibility in schedule for weekly and occasional after‑hours meetings
• Commercial janitorial knowledge and experience is an asset
• High school diploma and some post‑secondary education preferred
