Janitor/Utility

Job Descriptions:

• Clean and sanitize offices, hallways, restrooms, pantry, and common areas daily
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors as needed
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, doors, furniture, and office equipment
• Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, tissue, and paper towels
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., reporting damages, replacing light bulbs if required)
• Follow proper use of cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals
• Observe health and safety standards at all times
• Assist with set-up and clean-up for company activities or events when needed
• Perform other duties related to cleanliness and maintenance as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• At least Elementary or High School Graduate
• With or without experience as a janitor or utility personnel (experience is an advantage)
