Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our rapidly growing team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
2. Listen actively to understand customer needs and concerns
3. Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer queries
4. Process orders, bookings, and other customer transactions
5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
6. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of our customer service processes
