Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Acquisition and Job Order Generation (Core Focus)

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy to penetrate target industries and secure client contracts and job orders within the assigned region.
• Conduct high-level sales and negotiation activities to establish relationships with C-level executives, HR Directors, and operational leaders from potential client organizations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and align service offerings with market demand.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, service agreements, and commercial contracts to secure job orders and partnership mandates.

2. Supply Chain Fulfillment and Partnership Management
