This position will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of Qnity’s facilities – the Tokyo Office, SPT Office, and Kawasaki – KSP Lab in Japan. Ensures occupant satisfaction with facilities & services /Security, while balancing budget and costs.

+ Manage leases, reviews, and engage with concerned teams to ensure favorable terms are achieved under national laws.

+ Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the organization.
