Short Intro and About the Job

Mission of this role is to lead Process Design/ Delivery scope for Mirai capacity expansion project and ensure right first time execution within cost & schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead as sub-project manager for process scope, driving project schedule with key suppliers to ensure on time delivery, managing process scope cost within budget
2. Lead design reviews with global team/ site Operations/QFS to ensure right first time design: quality risk & operational convenience/ current site issues reflected into new project design; and ensure key project KPIs like capacity/ Batch cycle time/ CO time/ CIP time/ waste generated during C/O etc are met & minimized rework/ changes at installation.
3. Ensure compliances for safety in design standards by reviews with global safety in design team & specified 3rd party, ensure 100% for high/mid risk hazardous.
