Job Description: Learning & Development Coordinator (April to September Contract). We are seeking a high-energy and versatile individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. In this role, you will be dedicated to fostering employee growth and development through the planning, communication, and execution of training programs.

Job Duties Include:

• Coordinate and deliver a world-class onboarding experience for several hundred new colleagues, including organizing, communicating, and facilitating their two-day orientation to the hotel
• Assist with the preparation, setup, teardown, and running of all training sessions
