Job Summary

Permanent | Full-time We are looking for an experienced hotel Maintenance Manager to lead the Jasper Inn & Suites maintenance team, ensuring the buildings, grounds, pool, and mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently while supporting an exceptional guest experience. The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and active participation in the hotel’s emergency response and health & safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, schedule, train, and evaluate the maintenance team, fostering a proactive, can‑do culture.
• Plan and coordinate routine maintenance for rooms, lobbies, restaurants, grounds, and facilities.
• Inspect the hotel regularly to ensure upkeep and compliance with safety standards.
