 Assignment Context and Description of Activities: 
 Must have: 
 Java experience (17 or higher)
 Experience with frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot 
 Experience with testing frameworks & tools (JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, Cucumber, TestContainers)
 Azure experience 
 Strong communication skills 
 Technical overview of full-stack engineering 
 Good to have: 
 Performance optimization 
 Monitoring/observability experience 
 Debugging skills 
 Technical leadership 
 Coaching and mentoring team members 
 Results (SMART): 
 Deliver new functionality and maintain existing services
